The JLCSD350 dredger can apply to most kinds of geologic structures and can be widely used in mineral digging, port (channel) dredging and reclamation works.
By absorbing advanced technology of Dutch and American related products, this series of dredgers show their characteristics of rational design, all hydraulic control, simple operation, little maintenance and strong power. The capacity of JLCSD dredgers ranges from 100 m3/hr to 1000 m3/hr, dredging depth from 1m to 25m and discharge distance from 500m to 3000m, which can satisfy different work demands.

Dredgers' show
Julong products have been sold to more than 30 provinces in China and exported to dozens of countries in South-East Asia, East Asia, South America Oceania, Africa, Eastern Europe. These dredgers are highly flexible in use. The modular structure and tight design allow the dredgers to work even in shallow river and waterways. Different arrangements of sand pumps and cutters make sure the dredgers can work in different circumstances like sand,stones, mud,etc.
Produce
Although they are highly, standardised, Julong dredgers can be easily adapted to customers requirements,resulting in fit-for-purpose vessels with minimal delivery times and costs. For example, the same basic design is able to carry a variety of different cutting tools, dredge pumps, and electric or hydraulic winches. It can also be adapted to work at different dredging depths.
Availability
The modular construction means the dredgers can be delivered fast, easy to transport, and can be commissioned quickly at dredging sites. One main pontoon houses the cutter ladder, ladder actuator rams or winches, control cabin, dredge pump, diesel engines, auxilary power units, discharge line, and the spuds, including their actuator rams.
Other features include the compact dredge pump drive, which incorporates a reduction gear with integrated pump beating and a freshwater engine cooling system, based on the well cooling principle. Two side pontoons provide the vessel with buoyancy and storage spaces. They are connected to the main pontoon with a quick connection-disconnection system. All the parts are of a size which allows the dredgers to be easily transported by road, rail or sea.
