Product description:

The HDPE pipe for discharging sand / clay is a special plastic pipe, using high polymer and high density Polyethylene (pressure resistant, folding resistant material), pressure resistant material, anti aging and uvioresistant material. It is most suitable for slurry discharging. The outstanding features are as below: 
1.The weight of HDPE pipe is light, only one eighth of steel pipe. The pipes are connected with flanges, which makes the assembly, disassembly and transporation easier, shortens the starting time, raises the efficiency and avoid the troubles in replacement like the welded pipes.  2. The HDPE pipe has good flexibility, tension, strength and elasticity. It doesnt break after folding,extruding or internal or external force impact. The pipes are connected directly and can be bended inwater. The bending degree of 4 to 8 pcs of pipes can be 360 degree. It is of good resistance of storm and waves. On land, the pipes can be connected even in area with 30 degree unevenness.  3.The HDPE pipe has good wear resistance, which is four to eight times of that of steel pipe. So it lasts longer The material Is of high corrosion resistance to be able to float in sea water for 50 year Also it is uvioresistant, anti-aging and it can be used for five to eight years. 


When the rubber hose is tested under 1.5 times of the specified operating pressure, there should be no abnormal situations like leakage or partly gas bubbling. When the deformation test of rubber hose is taken, its length and outer diameter change rate should meet the standard specifications. 
Compared with traditional rubber hose for sand discharge, the floating rubber pipe combines the characteristics of both traditional HDPE pipe or steel pipe and plastic floaters. It has the features of anti storm, corrosion resistance, automatic floating performance, high operating pressure, long work life and quick assembly etc. With special foam floating layer, the percentage above water is no less than 25%. The bending angle at work varies from 0 degree to 50 degree. With simple transportationand quick assembly, it is a fabulous replacement pipe for traditional discharge pipe.
