1)General introduction:
JLCSD series dredgers can be applied to many kinds of geologic structures and can be widely used in mineral digging, port dredging and reclamation works. By absorbing advanced technology of Dutch and American related products, this series of dredgers show their characteristics of rational design, all hydraulic driven, simple operation, little maintenance and strong power. The capacity of JLCSD dredgers range from 100m3/hr to 6000m3/hr, dredging depth from 1m to 25m and discharge distance from 500m to 3000m, which can satisfy different work demands.

The cutter suction dredgers can be widely used in river, lake, sea, reservoir and so on for sand/mud dredging, waterway cleaning and reclamation work.

The cutter suction dredgers can dredge and discharge sand/mud at the same time without other ships for transportation. So the cost will be much lower and they can reach big production capacity of several thousand cubic meters per hour and also several thousand meters discharge distance.

2.Bulk cargo
JLCSD400,JLCSD500 JLCSD600 cutter suction dredger/sand dredger will be transported by trailer to the port and then by bulk vessel to the destination

Q2: What about the delivery?
For dredgers in small size we could ship it in containers. But for large one, we will tranport it in bulk. That is why the dredger structure has to be dismantled. After arriving work site, we will send engineers to install and adjust it.
Julong always has various dredgers, aquatic weed harvesters etc. in stock. Spare parts are available too. Thus the delivery time can be shortened.
Q3:What is the delivery time?
Under normal circumstances, the delivery time shall be within 50 days after receiving the deposit here. But at the moment we have 12inch and 18inch dredger in stock. The delivery time for them will be asured within 30 days.
Q4: What's the payment method?
We can accept T/T, L/C, WESTERN UNION and so on.
Q5: What's the warranty?
We provide 1 year warranty and free repair if quality problems emerge within warranty period.
