Audited Supplier The sand dredger of steel construction,the non self-propelled,dismountable type,is able to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers,with similar conditions to that in navigation area "A" or below the "A"-line specified in code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture of P.R.China.
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class III specified in code for dredging engineering constructio technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P.R.China.
The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with 360 degree view.
All the operation buttons,switches,indicators,gauges are equipped on the control desk.
Only two operators can control all the dredger in the operation room.
The dredger is painted by 4 layers of marine paint to protect from the corrosion.
The ZINC anode can be used to give better anti-corrosion function.
1.Design
Our sand mining dredgers are designed by senior engineers,who have specialized in shipbuilding and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.
2.Skilled workers & ex-work testing
Every sand mining dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.
3.Cummins Engine
The dredgers are equipped with world famous powerful Cummins engine,which are famous for its durability,lower oil consumption,standardized accessories and easy maintenance.
4.Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system: the most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger.
The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict; it's the main artery of the entire dredger.Lateral traction winches,lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.
An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on.
5.Detachable Structure
The sand mining dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one
working site to another.
6. Assembly & Staff Training
Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide,teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

1. Modular design: the pontoons and main spare parts are connected by the bolts and nuts, which means the dredger can be dismantled in the factory and mounted in the construction sites. Of course, the delivery time will be reduced a lot by containers.
2. World -class spare parts: We use the best parts like commins disel engine and simmens PLC controlling system, Shijiazhuang pump....... Also, we build a efficient system to optimize the flow of the production so as to guarantee the quality and function of the dredgers.
3. Flexible in use: The dredgers can be adapted to different circumstances river, lake, lagoon. The material like sand, stones, mud, salt can be easily sucked and discharged to the destination place.
